Often related to work stress, financial stresses can be overwhelming. Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Career stress, self-doubt, and life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face them alone. My own journey from corporate IT sales to mental health therapy began with skepticism, but the right therapist changed everything. That experience led me to earn my Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. As the founder of Clear Springs Therapy, I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. Using CBT, DBT, and polyvagal theory, I help foster growth, self-awareness, and resilience. I believe in the power of connection and transformation, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients on their healing journeys. Clear Springs Therapy is committed to helping clients flourish by focusing on strengths and the impact of relationships on our thoughts and actions.
